About TireSquad

Terms & Conditions

We keep our service promises simple—arrive when we say, torque every wheel to spec, and document every visit. The terms below explain how we schedule, bill, and stand behind TireSquad field work.

Service scope & eligibility

TireSquad performs on-site tire sales, installs, balancing, TPMS programming, rotations, repairs, and fleet yard standby coverage within King County and Pierce County.

  • Passenger vehicles, light trucks, sprinter vans, trailers, and light-duty fleet vehicles up to 1-ton are accepted without prior approval.
  • Medium-duty, specialty equipment, or oversized wheels may require a site visit quote prior to scheduling.
  • Worksites must provide clear, level ground with enough clearance for our service van and safety cones.

Scheduling & arrival windows

Dispatch confirms every job with a text or email window. Most same-day calls receive a 90-minute arrival target; fleet or group installs are scheduled in advance.

  • Customer or authorized representative must be reachable when the tech is en route and on arrival.
  • If a location cannot be accessed within 15 minutes of arrival, a trip charge may apply and the appointment rescheduled.
  • Weather delays or hazardous conditions will be communicated immediately with alternate slots offered.

Pricing, deposits, & payment

Quotes include tires, labor, disposal, shop supplies, and mobile dispatch fees unless otherwise noted.

  • Retail customers submit a card-on-file or deposit before tires are loaded onto a truck.
  • Fleet partners can be invoiced per PO, net terms, or fleet portal—outlined in the service agreement.
  • Payment is due upon completion and prior to releasing the vehicle unless alternate terms exist.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify dispatch as soon as possible so we can reassign your technician.

  • Appointments cancelled more than 12 hours in advance incur no fee.
  • Same-day cancellations after the van is loaded may be billed a restocking or trip charge.
  • No-shows are billed the full mobile service fee plus any specialty tire restocking costs.

Workmanship & warranty

Every install is documented with torque specs and tire pressure readings. Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days; tire manufacturer warranties apply thereafter.

  • If a TPMS light, vibration, or air loss occurs after service, contact dispatch immediately for a priority inspection.
  • Damage caused by road hazards, collisions, vandalism, or mechanical defects is not covered.
  • Used tires or customer-supplied tires do not include mileage warranties and are serviced at customer risk.

Liability & customer responsibilities

Vehicles remain in the customer’s care, custody, and control while TireSquad works on-site.

  • Customers must secure valuables, disengage alarms, and provide safe working conditions.
  • We may refuse service if weather, traffic, or site constraints create unsafe conditions for our crew.
  • By booking service you agree to these terms and any supplemental fleet or event agreements.
