Life on the TireSquad crew

Working at TireSquad means trading shop walls for open air and customer handshakes. Our technicians cover routes from downtown Seattle high-rises to rural Pierce County driveways, handling everything from luxury performance fitments to heavy-duty fleet rotations. The learning curve is steep in the best way: you master VIN decoding, TPMS sensor programming across dozens of vehicle platforms, and the soft skills that turn a one-time flat repair into a loyal customer. Dispatch coordinators become experts at reading traffic patterns, weather forecasts, and inventory levels to keep every van rolling on time. Fleet support specialists learn logistics, yard management, and the DOT compliance details that commercial clients depend on. Every role at TireSquad connects directly to keeping people safe on the road, and that purpose shows in the reviews customers leave after every visit.

Benefits & perks

Full-time TireSquad employees receive a competitive package designed for people who spend their day keeping others on the road.

  • Annual boot + gear stipend and all-weather uniforms.
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and volunteer day credits.
  • Performance bonuses tied to response times, safety audits, and customer reviews.
