About TireSquad
Privacy Policy
TireSquad respects your data whether you text dispatch at 2 AM or submit a fleet partnership form. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to dispatch technicians, complete installs, and support customer relationships.
- Contact details such as name, phone, email, fleet title, or billing contact.
- Vehicle information including VIN, tire size, wheel specs, TPMS IDs, and torque documentation.
- Location data you provide, such as addresses, map pins, or geofenced yards for fleet access.
- Communications sent through SMS, chat, or email threads with dispatch.
How data is used
We use customer data to deliver, document, and improve TireSquad services.
- Scheduling technicians, routing vans, and confirming appointments.
- Creating invoices, warranty records, or fleet service reports.
- Providing proactive maintenance reminders or safety notices.
- Analyzing anonymized service metrics to keep our response times low.
Data retention & security
Dispatch systems live on encrypted infrastructure with role-based access for vetted team members.
- Service records are retained for at least 24 months unless a longer fleet contract requires it.
- Payment details are tokenized by our PCI-compliant processor; TireSquad does not store card numbers.
- We regularly audit devices, enforce MFA, and wipe information when access is no longer required.
Messaging, cookies, & third parties
We rely on trusted platforms to send texts, emails, and analytics necessary to support customers.
- SMS conversations are processed by Tier 1 carriers and stored for internal quality control.
- Website analytics and cookies help us understand which services visitors explore most. You can disable cookies in your browser.
- We never sell customer information. Third parties receive data only when required to process payments, honor warranties, or comply with the law.
Your choices
You control how TireSquad contacts you and can request, update, or delete records at any time.
- Reply STOP to any dispatch text to opt out of non-essential messaging (you will still receive safety-critical updates).
- Email or call us to request a copy of your service records or have them removed when legally permissible.
- Update billing contacts, fleet rosters, or emergency contacts by emailing dispatch.
How we protect your information
TireSquad operates across King County and Pierce County, dispatching mobile tire technicians to homes, offices, fleet yards, and job sites every day. That means we handle addresses, vehicle details, contact numbers, and scheduling preferences for thousands of customers throughout the Seattle and Tacoma metro area. We take that responsibility seriously. Every dispatch system, customer database, and communication platform we use is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our team members access only the data required for their specific role, whether that is routing a van, processing a payment, or following up on a warranty claim. We do not share customer lists with advertisers, partner with data brokers, or monetize the information you trust us with. When fleet clients provide vehicle rosters, yard access codes, or purchase order details, those records stay within our operations team and are never exposed to third parties beyond what is needed to complete the service. If you ever want to know exactly what data we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete your records, our team responds within two business days.
